The second you walk through the door of 6th and Waller you will be immersed in this tastefully designed vibrant and earthy decor with colors of classic mid-century modern pink, orange and brown and decor with Scandanavian light fixtures.
One of my favorite finds are the coolest lounge areas flowing throughout the restaurant and bar. You will find these fabulous lounging areas dotted all around with comfortable seating just perfect for hanging out with friends or your date.

If you want to party into the night, 6th and Waller’s East Austin Hotel offers Double and King Rooms, spacious Poolside Rooms with a fabulous balcony view all priced so reasonably. Great for a party weekend with friends or romantic getaway for two.

Instantly, I fell in love! The atmosphere is so warm and inviting and the first thing that came to mind is a weekend getaway close to downtown Austin. What’s not to love? You can stay in one of the vintage hotel rooms which probably has the best prices in town, (especially so close to downtown) sip on some of the most creative cocktails in town, and enjoy full service dining with a very creative menu by New Orlean’s born and former Chopped Champion Chef Jason Stude.
