All I know is that I am a huge fan of Mezcal and I fell in love with Dos Hombres under the tents at the 2021 Austin Food + Wine Festival. I can drink it straight and I adore Mezcal cocktails made with grapefruit soda. I love it for the smooth mouthfeel and gentle smoky finish. The sweet-tartness of grapefruit really pairs well with this taste profile.
