Missoula Ski Bowl Hash with roasted cauliflower, zucchini, potatoes, onions and mushrooms in a Hatch chili herbed hash
Mt. Alyeska-Drunken Spiced Peanut Butter and Banana Stuffed French Toast: served with homemade jam and homefries
Eggs Breckenridge: an Embers Ski Lodge gravy poached egg and reindeer sausage on a split croissant, served with home fries.
You have to pair all of this delicious food with the the bar’s Every Day I’m Trufflin’ ! A cocktail is made with truffle-infused vodka, soy, smoked paprika, and truffle salt, and is not to be missed!
This unique cocktail has quickly become the guests’ favorite! What for it!…..A delicious twist on a Bloody Mary, the drink took six months and numerous trials using different truffles to perfect,” says Embers Ski Lodge Creative Director Gary Hayward. “The flavors are huge and perfect for such a savory classic. The recipe is held in a vault with Colonel Sanders seasoning, but we are very proud of it.”
For those looking for a more traditional brunch cocktail, Embers Ski Lodge will also offer $5 mimosas all throughout brunch service.
