2023 Tales of the Cocktail was extra special this year because of all elegant and fun events with new products groom my favorite brands! I love gin and Bombay Sapphire and we got enjoy handcrafted cocktails with their Premier Crew Bombay Sapphire infused with Murcia Lemons from Spain with a touch of sweet orange and Mandarin. The gorgeous Chandelier Bar located in the Four Seasons Hotel near the French Quarter was the setting for refreshing and cool gin cocktails very fitting for the sweltering New Orleans. My favorite cocktails are Spanish inspired gin and tonic so this was an extra treat for me ! There were a variety of cocktails for everyone to taste and enjoy along with a well-crafted cheese and charcuterie board for noshing. The room was bustling with cocktail lovers from Tales and we even got to briefly hang out with Eddie Ryan Johnson, the West Coast Ambassador, Donavan Mitchem, the Central US Ambassador and the Master of Botanicals for Bacardi Alessandro Garneri ! What a treat to meet everyone and get the four-one-one on how this beautiful gin was made.
If it possible, I believe I love gin even more than I did before ! Thanks Bombay! See you in my glass and next year!
