This February, Garbo’s Fresh Maine Lobster is pleased to announce its pizza collaboration with Via 313 is back for the month.
*$1 per pizza sold will be donated to a community charity that will be announced soon.
- Garbo’s will be offering Super Bowl and Valentine’s Day food specials for diners to enjoy in addition to the restaurant and food truck’s normal offerings. Here is everything Austin eaters have to look forward to:

- All of February 2022:
o Garbo’s Fresh Maine Lobster is offering seasonal White Truffle Butter Lobster Roll, stuffed with white butter-poached Maine lobster, drizzled with Crème Fraiche, and scallions throughout February 2022.
Garbo’s collaboration with Via 313 is back all month long, offering fans a chance to enjoy Garbo’s Queen Lobster Pizza. This glorious pizza fit for royalty is topped with bacon, cheese, arugula, fresh butter-poached lobster, and Garbo’s house seasoning. These Lobster Queens will only be available at the following Via 313 brick and mortar locations: East Side, Oak Hill, and North Campus.
*February 3rd and February 23rd:
Via 313 and Garbo’s Fresh Maine Lobster will also host Pizza Pop-Ups at Garbo’s on Thursday, February 3rd from 5:30 – 6:00 pm, and Wednesday, February 23rd. There will be a limit of 40 pre-order Queen Lobster Pizzas per pop-up available, however people will be able to order other pizzas and sides as well. Via 313 Pizza will host a pop-up catering event at Garbo’s on Thursday, February 3rd.
