My Paella Travels
As most of you know, I have a passion for sharing my love of food and wine with you! Since 1989, I have been cooking paella and learning the history of how paella came to be and why it’s such an important dish still today.
Paella is the signature dish of Spain. This vibrant rice dish is a family affair and many celebrations are centered around this classic and popular dish with friends and family.
