Finally, after all of these years here in Nashville, this is what I have been waiting for!
We now have a wine-focused group with monthly gatherings that are meant to enjoyed, inform and inspire wine professionals of every level.
David Nuding CSW recognized the need for a cohesive group of wine professionals in the Nashville area and along with Jim Luton, they made it happen.

Jim Luton, Treasure and Assistant Manager at Grace’s Wine Plaza has 17 yrs in wine industry.
Pete Zelek, In charge of social media and veteran in the wine industry , currently works at Grace’s Wine Plaza as well as the food industry.
Beginning in 2015, David and I will pursue the introductory and certified Sommelier exam and I am pleased to find a supportive group and dedicated students of wine in all stages of the learning process.
Our first meeting was held at one of Nashville’s premier wine bars, 360 Bistro. In the coming months, events will be held at different locations around the city.

Our first meeting was off to a good start!
Samuel Stoppelmoor Certified Specialist of Wine and Certified Sommelier and Spirits, who also works at Table 3 in Nashville, so graciously agreed to spend a few hours with our inaugural meeting discussing the vineyards of Bordeaux.
Sam began the discussion by demonstrating the art of the proper method for opening a bottle of wine for table service which is just one of the requirements of the Court of Master Sommeliers.
Jim Luton is about to enjoy a this fabulous bottle of white Bordeaux.
President David Nuding introduces our guest speaker Sommelier Sam Stoppelmoor. Other members of our group included Roxanne Rickles, On-Premise Sales Representative for Lipman Brothers in Middle Tennessee.
The Arrington Vineyards winery tasting room group attended and shared their enthusiasm of our new organization and their quest for learning more about wine.
We were thrilled to have Mel Wilkinson (Melissa), Off- Premise and Estate Wine Sales Representative for Lipman Brothers in Middle Tennessee, attend our event!
