AUSTIN FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES CHEF DINING SERIES TO LINEUP

Austin Food & Wine Festival is excited to introduce their Dining Series powered by OpenTable. The top-rated, local chefs and restaurants invite special guests, feature unique cooking styles and collaborations and so much more. The Dining Series lineup for the weekend is as follows:

Friday, November 4th

Chefs Michael Fojtasek with guests Sara Kramer & Sarah Hymanson of Kismet 

Michael Fojtasek and Maie Day are hosting Sara Kramer and Sarah Hymanson of Los Angeles restaurant, Kismet, for a legendary four course grill-a-thon. The menu will bring together the endlessly lauded flavors and techniques of Kismet and Kismet Rotisserie with the same from tradition-busting chophouse party Maie Day. Liberal portions, a welcome drink, and all the good vibes included. Tickets are $150 per person and seatings are available from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. Tickets are available here.

Friday, November 4th

Chefs Tavel Bristol-Joseph and special guest Chef Maneet Chauhan

Join Austin Food & Wine and Chefs Tavel Bristol-Joseph and Maneet Chauhan at Canje on November 4th for a special tasting menu showcasing Indian influence in Caribbean cuisine. Welcome Cocktail and gratuity included in ticket price; additional beverages available for purchase. Tickets are $160 per person and seatings are available from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. Tickets are available here.

Saturday, November 5th

Chef Fermín Nunez debuts Weekend Lunch at Este 

The team behind Este, the new Coastal Mexican restaurant located on the East side, is excited to debut lunch on Austin Food & Wine Festival weekend. Featuring a pre-fixe seafood focused menu, tickets are $115 per person and include a welcome cocktail. Seatings are available 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Tickets are available here.
