Still Lots of Grilling Season Left! Your Burgers and Steaks will be Front and Center Paired with Rutini’s Trumpeter and Encuentro Malbec from Argentina

Malbec is truly one of the best pairings with dinner from the grill!

SummerMalbec

Argentina’s most well known red wine is from the Malbec varietal,  which was a blending grape that originated from France. It is now successfully produced  in the high altitude vineyards at the Andean foothills against the snow-capped Andes Mountains in the Mendoza region.

This area has a big diurnal temperature swing with sunny summer days and crisp cool nights that creates a gradual fruit ripening that ends in a very ripe yet balanced floral wine, with sweet tannins and warm spices from aging in French and American Oak.  The desert-like climate and excellent drainage further contributes to the production and export of quality wines that we all love today.

Inky dark color and intensely concentrated wines with flavors and aromas of violet flowers, cherry, cinnamon, blackberry, plum, raspberries, chocolate come together for easy drinking and food pairing wines for everyone to enjoy.
